This workshop is for all levels because variations to the choreography will be given. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced heels dancer, you’ll feel supported & challenged!

What Will I Learn?

💌 How to connect emotionally to choreography

• You’ll explore how to tell a story with your movement by using your breath and musicality to make each step feel like something.

💌 How to express softness with intention and control

• You’ll learn how to move with delicately without losing power & precision. Training your arms, transitions, and presence to feel graceful and grounded.

💌 How to feel safe being seen in your vulnerability

• You’ll build the confidence to show up emotionally in your dancing without second-guessing yourself.

❓“Can I take the class in socks if I’m not ready for heels?”

Of course! This workshop is about love and connection with yourself. Heels are just a bonus. What matters is that you feel grounded & ready to explore.

❓“What should I wear?”

We encourage you to match the lover girlaesthetic with your favourite outfit! But that’s completely optional. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and free to dance.

You’ll need to sign up in advance through the website to secure your spot. After signing up, you will receive a check-in quiz to help me get to know you better so I can shape a workshop that feels most tailored to you!

📝 No Refunds: I understand that this program is non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.

📝 Class Credits: Students who cancel 24 hours or more before the program start time will receive a credit that can be applied to a future experience.

📝 Discount Codes: I am only allowed to apply one discount code to my workshop.

📝 Liability Waiver: I understand that dance classes involve physical activity that may carry a certain risk of injury, and I willingly accept these risks. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition during class and alerting the instructor if I feel any discomfort or pain. I hereby release and discharge Shaping Synergy from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation in this dance class.

📝 Medical: I have no serious medical injuries or conditions that will affect my ability to dance.

📝 Filming: I consent to potentially being filmed for my heels dance development and I allow promotional use of this footage. If I am uncomfortable being filmed, I will advise coach Shaping Sarah in the Heelogy Check-In Quiz or in person.

📝 Commitment: I am committed to showing up as the best version of myself for every class, honouring the program, my coach, and my peers. With discipline, confidence, and bravery, I will embrace every opportunity to grow.
