Yes! In addition to receiving video tutorials to help you catch up on any missed material, you may be eligible for a class credit that can be applied toward another program or workshop within the same season. This option is only available if your absence is communicated at least one week in advance.

❓“Do I need to get my own chair?”

No. Chairs will be provided in class. If you’d like to take one home to practice, you’re welcome to do so. Just make sure to bring it back in good condition for each class.

❓“Are classes in English or French?”

Classes are taught in both English and French! I speak both languages fluently & I naturally switch between them during class to make sure everyone feels supported.

📝 No Refunds: I understand that this program is non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.

📝 Class Credits: Students who cancel 24 hours or more before the program start time will receive a credit that can be applied to a future experience.

📝 Discount Codes: I am only allowed to apply one discount code to my program. If I apply a discount code to a payment plan, the code only applies to my first instalment, not all.

📝 Payment Plans: If I choose a payment plan, I understand that I am paying an extra fee per instalment.

📝 Liability Waiver: I understand that dance classes involve physical activity that may carry a certain risk of injury, and I willingly accept these risks. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition during class and alerting the instructor if I feel any discomfort or pain. I hereby release and discharge Shaping Synergy from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation in this dance class.

📝 Medical: I have no serious medical injuries or conditions that will affect my ability to dance.

📝 Filming: I consent to potentially being filmed for my heels dance development and I allow promotional use of this footage. If I am uncomfortable being filmed, I will advise coach Shaping Sarah in the Heelogy Check-In Quiz or in person.

📝 Commitment: I am committed to showing up as the best version of myself for every class, honouring the program, my coach, and my peers. With discipline, confidence, and bravery, I will embrace every opportunity to grow.
