Who Are We?

The Heelogy Troupe is a collective of Montreal dancers committed to shaping the discipline of heels dance into powerful performances that tell a story. Every rehearsal is intentional. Every performance is a reflection of our evolution. As a team, we train with purpose, strengthen our heels foundation, and shape each other through movement & mindset!

Q: What if I miss some rehearsals?
Life happens! But you will be expected to communicate your absence at least 48 hours before rehearsal and catch up on what was missed through recordings, peer support, or private sessions if needed. Consistent absences may impact your eligibility to perform.

Q: Is this open to all levels or more advanced?
This is for shapers who've been training in heels for minimum 2 years. We'll all be working together as one troupe, but everyone will be given parts of the choreography that matches their current level. You will be pushed, but not overwhelmed! The goal is to highlight your strengths all while pushing you to a new level.

Q: Do we have to be part of ALL performances?
No! Throughout the 6 months, we’ll have multiple performance opportunities. When one comes up, you’ll decide if you’re available and able to commit. No pressure if you can’t do them all. If you miss one, you’ll be able to join the next opportunity. We’re in this for the long game. We are locked in baby! Regardless of which performance you decide to join, we are all sharpening our skills together for the entire 6 months.

$120 CAD per month (tx incl)

Q: Which cities are you planning to go to?
Cities in Quebec and Ontario. We go wherever the opportunities are! You will get to decide which opportunity you want to take part in based on location, availability, budget, etc.
