Heelogy Roots is for any shaper who is no longer a beginner. If you’ve been heels dancing for some time but feel like your foundation needs a reset, this is for you!

🌱 Pure Technique Training

• Dynamic accross-the-floors and creative mini combos to help you reconnect with your love for heels technique.
• You will choose your own focus areas so your training is personalized. Examples of focus areas can be turns, balance, arms, head whips, etc.

🌱  Video Feedback

• Submit a weekly practice video and receive detailed video feedback with tips to refine your technique and accelerate your progress.

🌱  Video Tutorials

• Review class material at home to stay preparedand confident for the week ahead.

🌱  Weekly Challenges

• Stay accountable with weekly challenges that keep you consistent and inspired. Complete all challenges and earn discounts on future offers!

Only technique. Each class will have dynamic accross-the-floors and mini combos. We’re just focused on bringing your foundation back to life.

No problem! You’ll be guided through options when you receive your check-in quiz at the start of the program. The entire group will also select their focus areas and the program will blend everyone’s needs together.

📝 No Refunds: I understand that this program is non-refundable.

📝 Class Credits:

• Students who cancel 48 hours or more before the program start time will receive a class credit that can be applied to a future experience.
• Students who cancel less than 48 hours before the program start time will not be eligible for a class credit.

📝 Discount Codes: I am only allowed to apply one discount code to my program.

📝 Liability Waiver: I understand that dance classes involve physical activity that may carry a certain risk of injury, and I willingly accept these risks. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition during class and alerting the instructor if I feel any discomfort or pain. I hereby release and discharge Shaping Synergy from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation in this dance class.

📝 Medical: I have no serious medical injuries or conditions that will affect my ability to dance.

📝 Filming: I consent to potentially being filmed for my heels dance development and I allow promotional use of this footage. If I am uncomfortable being filmed, I will advise coach Shaping Sarah in the Heelogy Check-In Quiz or in person.

📝 Commitment: I am committed to showing up as the best version of myself for every class, honouring the program, my coach, and my peers. With discipline, confidence, and bravery, I will embrace every opportunity to grow.
